Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Twixor Tech's products, websites, or services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. Use of the Services
You may use the Services only in compliance with these terms and all applicable laws. You will not misuse the Services, attempt to reverse engineer them, or use them to build a competing product.
3. Customer data
You retain all rights to data you provide to Twixor Tech. You grant us a limited license to process that data solely to operate and improve the Services for you. We do not sell customer data.
4. Fees and billing
Fees for paid Services are described in your order form. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. Late payments may incur interest at the lesser of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted by law.
5. Confidentiality
Each party will protect the other's confidential information using at least the same degree of care it uses to protect its own, and in no event less than reasonable care.
6. Warranties and disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, except as expressly stated in your order form or master agreement.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party will be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of these terms.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate for material breach not cured within 30 days of written notice. Upon termination, your right to access the Services ends.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Services or by email.
