Information we collect

We collect information you provide when you create an account, request a demo, or connect data sources, and limited usage information automatically (logs, device, IP).

How we use information

We use information to provide and improve the Services, communicate with you, ensure security, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

Customer data

Data you connect (warehouse, ad accounts, CRM) is processed only to operate the Services for you, under your instructions, and is isolated per-tenant.

Subprocessors

We use a small set of vetted subprocessors for hosting, observability, and email. A current list is available on request.

Data retention

We retain account data for as long as your account is active. Operational logs are retained for up to 90 days. You can request deletion at any time.

Security

We use encryption in transit and at rest, scoped IAM, audit logging, and yearly third-party penetration testing.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data. Email privacy@twixor.com to exercise these rights.

International transfers

Data may be processed in jurisdictions other than your own. Where required, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses.

Changes

We will notify you of material changes to this policy through the Services or by email.
